The grapes are macerated on the skins with native yeasts for 30 days and the wine is aged half in stainless steel and half in French barriques.

Whiff of sour apple, along with exotic aromas of black tea and spices, that leads to a gorgeous nutty, fruit-driven palate.

Enjoy lighty chilled.
